Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness and maintain safe theatre scheduling, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
If the cancellation is made by the patient:
- Cancellation on the day of surgery: 50% refund of the total surgery fee.
- Cancellation within 5 days before surgery: 75% refund of the total surgery fee.
- Cancellation 7 days or more before surgery: Full refund of the surgery fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If the cancellation is made by the clinic or surgeon:
- Cancellation on the day of surgery: 75% refund of the total surgery fee.
- Cancellation within 5 days before surgery: Full refund of the surgery fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)
All deposits paid to secure a surgery date and theatre slot are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including patient-initiated or clinic-initiated cancellations. The deposit covers administrative preparation, scheduling, staff allocation, and the reservation of theatre time.
Additional Notes
- Refunds apply only to the surgery fee, not to additional services, investigations, medications, or third-party costs.
- Rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion, but is not guaranteed.
- The clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone surgery if medically necessary or if the patient fails to meet pre-operative safety requirements (e.g., fasting, medical clearance, lab results). Refund terms above will apply in such cases.
